Once refurbishment is complete, No.1 The Strand will offer in excess of 11,000sqm of quality office space distributed over four floors. Some floor plates will provide as much as 3,765sqm on one level. Expansive wrap around decks and sea views are another enviable characteristic of this central Takapuna landmark.
The proposed external works encompass modernisation of the façade, redesigned primary and secondary entries, and possible deck enclosures to increase NLA. Other works involve a full upgrade of base building services, lobbies, common areas to provide a more modern & relevant workplace.
