Sybille brings more than two decades of experience across commercial, banking, workplace, communal and residential environments in Europe and New Zealand.

Her work is defined by a highly methodical and detail-focused approach to project delivery, with particular strength in technical coordination, documentation quality and design resolution within complex project environments.

Since joining CPRW in 2002, Sybille has played a key role in maintaining rigorous quality assurance processes across the practice, supporting clarity, consistency and technical accuracy throughout all stages of project delivery.

Luciano brings extensive experience across commercial workplace, aviation and customer-facing environments, with involvement spanning all stages of project development from briefing and spatial planning through to detailed design delivery and construction observation.

His work focuses on the creation of highly resolved interior environments that integrate operational functionality, user experience and long-term project objectives within complex stakeholder and delivery conditions.

Luciano has played a leading role in the design and delivery of a number of significant commercial and aviation interior projects, with particular strength in translating strategic project requirements into clear, refined and buildable spatial outcomes.

Ninad brings more than a decade of experience across commercial workplace, hospitality and retail environments in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and India.

His work combines interior design capability with strong project coordination and delivery integration across complex stakeholder and consultant environments. He has played key roles in the delivery of commercial workplace and retail banking projects, with particular strength in programme coordination, documentation integration and maintaining project clarity through delivery.
