This Manukau site was the first design in a series of new generation 24/7 call centres to be distributed throughout New Zealand.

Working closely with the building developer, CPRW optimized the natural and artificial lighting, acoustics and ergonomics to create 2,800 square metres of premium call centre and workplace environments.

The two levels of flexible floorplate design were connected by a linear atrium opening the work spaces to the roof and allowing the functions of reception, breakout, meeting and cafe to merge at its centre.

Multi-use meeting and training spaces and an abundance of bump spaces compliment the flexible workplace environment.

New Zealand made products feature in the design, from custom made carpet, through to task chairs and work station furniture.

Overhead cable tray reticulation of power and data enables the easy change out and ongoing upgrade of technology, providing optimum work space flexibility.
