Spatial – Generator Britomart Place
Generator engaged our team to repurpose, reposition, and RE-Generate 3,000m2 of CBD workspace – originally designed for a corporate banking occupier – into a premium coworking environment. An environment that delivers a new level of sophistication, user experience, and agility with the flexibility necessary for Generator to support a wide variety of residents over 3 contiguous floors.
This was facilitated through a mix of spaces that support not only flexible desking and private office suites, but also; members lounges, 2 bars and a café, flexible event spaces, an array of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and external decks, which maximise the potential for distributed working while enjoying some truly awesome harbour views.
