As a repeat winner of Airline of The Year (, Air New Zealand are unrelenting in their pursuit of delivering innovative solutions which continue to enhance and improve the end to end customer experience.

An upgrade of the Premium Check In at Air New Zealand’s flagship port was undertaken to enhance the premium customer journey. The result being that this environment now forms part of a more cohesive premium customer experience in conjunction with other touchpoints such as the lounges, and premium cabins inflight.

The design process required extensive engagement and  ongoing collaboration with all key stakeholders within Air New Zealand and the wider team to ensure that the brand, customer experience, technology, property, as well as wider business objectives and regulatory requirements were understood, coordinated and implemented successfully.
