CPRW collaborated with local leasing and asset management experts from CBRE Auckland to understand market demand and occupier requirements and how those demands could inform any redesign / repositioning of this circa 15,000 m2 CBD asset.
A comprehensive redesign of the ground floor has realised a considerably enhanced main entry and lift lobby, common areas & café, new EOT facilities, as well as an increase in NLA of tenanted areas through considered replanning of previously underutilised space.
There are now opportunities to offer flexibility of space to better meet occupier demand, as well as business type, complimented with enhanced circulation and visual links from Tangihua Street through to the laneways bordering the building.
