Flints Park Mixed-Use Precinct

The Mixed Use Precinct formed the commercial and community focus of the wider Flints Park development, creating a destination that would support both the emerging residential neighbourhood and the long-term growth of the surrounding area.

CPRW developed an integrated precinct masterplan combining commercial activity, community facilities, residential development and public open space within a connected and walkable urban framework. The work considered movement, staging, land use integration and development feasibility to establish a flexible structure capable of responding to changing market conditions over time.

As with the wider Flints Park masterplan, residential typologies and development yield were used as tools to test commercial viability and ensure the proposed land uses could be delivered successfully. The result was a coordinated framework that balanced economic performance, place-making and long-term development objectives.
