Spatial – Workplace
Cameron Road
Tauranga
The use of containers establishes a contextual link to Tauranga’s heritage, with supplementary use of steel, graphics, rubber and industrial elements further anchoring the design to its port environment. A large primary circulation stair connects the two floors both physically and visually and sits within a top-lit atrium space.
A wide variety of workplace settings, augmented by transparent screens, high back lounges, differing surface materials, lighting levels and acoustic treatments all combine to support an agile workplace environment.
